As an Account Supervisor, you will manage all aspects of social-first marketing campaigns with a focus on influencer strategy, client engagement, and campaign execution. You will collaborate closely with Account Directors, COE teams, and clients, ensuring that programs exceed expectations while adhering to industry best practices and global disclosure guidelines. This client-facing role requires confidence, creativity, and superior social and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic direction across social and influencer campaigns, from single activations to long-term initiatives, aligning with client objectives and agency vision.

• Apply creativity and conceptual thinking to client programs and projects.

• Deliver exceptional white-glove account management, providing clear communication, campaign updates, and transparency at every stage.

• Collaborate with COE teams to drive cross-functional synergy and ensure flawless execution of client scopes.

• Identify emerging trends in social and influencer marketing and translate insights into actionable client strategies.

• Oversee post-procurement influencer management, nurturing relationships and facilitating authentic content creation.

• Engage directly with influencers to co-create compelling, on-brand content that resonates with audiences.

• Manage account budgets with precision and support day-to-day financial oversight.

• Maintain strong relationships with brands across diverse verticals.

• Lead the creation and delivery of client presentations, articulating program strategies and measurable outcomes.

• Serve as a day-to-day client leader under the guidance of Account Directors and senior management.

• Oversee all influencer campaigns through Parfina’s proprietary platform(s).

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging creativity, innovation, and professional growth.

• Contribute to refining agency processes and methodologies to improve efficiency, workflow, and quality of client deliverables.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of client-facing experience in digital, social media, PR, or influencer marketing roles.

• Deep expertise in influencer engagement across paid and earned channels and across multiple tiers and segments.

• Strong understanding of the social media and influencer landscape, including emerging platforms such as TikTok and Twitch.

• Proven ability to manage multiple influencers and complex projects simultaneously.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management for socially-led programs.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

• Additional experience in content creation, social strategy, or paid media is a plus.
