Parfina is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ad Operations Coordinator to join our Paid Media team. This role is critical for managing the technical setup and execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and achieve client objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has hands-on experience with Paid Social Ad Platforms, Business Manager administration, DSP partner platforms, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).

What You’ll Do

Ad Operations & Campaign Management

• Oversee and manage influencer opt-ins for paid media campaigns.

• Manage ad account sharing, setup, and maintenance across all paid media Business Managers.

• Maintain and organize all Business Managers, ensuring proper access and permissions.

• Create new ad accounts for onboarding clients, including billing setup and configuration.

• Secure and manage access to client platform assets, including brand handles and ad accounts.

• Ensure accurate tracking implementation (e.g., pixels) for campaign performance measurement.

• Troubleshoot ad account issues related to campaign setup, launch, or influencer integrations, including liaising with platform reps and support.

• Manage external app connections to Parfina’s Business Manager and create apps in Meta for Developers as needed.
  

Collaboration & Documentation

• Support the Operations Manager, Paid Media in building documentation, client-facing guides, and internal knowledge bases regarding Ad Ops processes.

• Guide clients through MMP setup and integration for app install campaigns (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).

• Collaborate with Mobile Ad Networks (Moloco, Unity, Ironsource) and DSP partners (StackAdapt, The Trade Desk) for campaign onboarding.

• Stay current with industry trends and ad tech innovations, applying best practices to improve workflows.

• Manage time effectively to meet internal and client SLAs and project timelines.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years in a paid media or ad operations role.

• 1+ year of experience managing ad accounts, Business Manager assets, and app install campaign integrations.

• Hands-on experience with app install campaigns, including Meta for Developers app creation.

• Proficiency with MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, including integration with paid social ad accounts.

• Strong understanding of paid media metrics (CPA, CPI, CPM, CPC, CTR, etc.).

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and other data management tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
