Parfina is seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to drive data-driven marketing strategies and deliver actionable insights that guide client and internal decision-making. This pivotal role will allow you to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights that inform brand strategy while collaborating across departments. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Research & Analytics

  • Conduct and oversee primary and secondary research from client scoping, budgeting, opportunity sizing, design, execution, analysis, reporting, to strategy implementation.

  • Collaborate with account and service teams to create best-in-class measurement frameworks aligned with client objectives and social-first strategies.

  • Operationalize insights to improve client ROI and internal data strategy.

• Client Portfolio Growth

  • Support Client Leads and Strategy teams to grow portfolios using data-driven decision-making.

  • Lead the development of measurement products, including requirements gathering, methodology, documentation, socialization, and ongoing improvement.

• Mentorship & Team Leadership

  • Mentor junior team members, foster continuous learning, and support knowledge sharing across the organization.

• Thought Leadership & Insights Communication

  • Produce white papers, case studies, and other thought leadership content showcasing Parfina’s expertise and industry insights.

  • Design custom dashboards, structured databases, and reporting systems to make campaign insights accessible and actionable.

• Industry Trends & Innovation

  • Stay updated on emerging analytics technologies, marketing trends, and research best practices.

  • Continuously improve measurement methodologies and reporting systems for internal teams and clients.

Skills & Qualifications

• Marketing or agency experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in research and analytics.

• Expertise in brand tracking, brand strategy, brand lift studies, regression modeling, Market Mix Modeling, social listening, and digital analytics.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Sigma, BigQuery, and related analytics tools.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote work environment.
