Parfina is seeking a Commercial Intelligence Lead to drive data-driven pricing strategies, maximize profitability, and optimize revenue across enterprise accounts. This role combines advanced analytics, market insights, and business enablement to deliver predictive models, actionable recommendations, and scalable frameworks. You’ll collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Sales, and BI teams to ensure governance, lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making that supports growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing & Commercial Strategy
Develop and maintain data-driven pricing frameworks modeling market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
Build predictive models for elasticity, revenue forecasting, and margin optimization.
Conduct scenario modeling and quantitative testing to validate business hypotheses.
Translate complex market insights into clear, actionable strategies for sales, pricing, and GTM teams.
Data Analytics & BI Integration
Embed BI-driven logic into proposals, commercial packages, and internal tools.
Partner with Data Engineering to build pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and visualization.
Design interactive dashboards and self-service BI tools using Sigma or LookerPro.
Apply predictive analytics and machine learning to enhance forecasting accuracy.
Integrate external market, competitive, and economic data into pricing models.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Finance, Strategy, and Sales to align pricing insights with enterprise objectives.
Oversee end-to-end pricing and revenue intelligence lifecycle, from scoping to performance measurement.
Monitor real-time commercial performance and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
Implement governance protocols ensuring data accuracy, version control, and auditability.
Thought Leadership & Optimization
Continuously refine frameworks to align with shifting market conditions and business priorities.
Communicate complex pricing strategies effectively to leadership, finance, and sales audiences.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in pricing strategy, revenue optimization, ideally within media, digital, or social agencies.
Strong analytical background with a data-to-insights-to-action mindset.
Expertise in SQL, GCP, and large dataset management.
Proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Sigma (strongly preferred) or LookerPro.
Experience with predictive modeling, APIs, and data pipelines is a plus.
Ability to simplify complex strategies and communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
Exceptional stakeholder management, project management, and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
