Parfina is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and creative Creator Relations Specialist to support both our Marketing and Talent teams. In this role, you will drive the expansion of digital partnerships and promotional collaborations for our represented Talent and Brand Clients. This is a fast-paced, dynamic position that requires a positive problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks and contribute to business development and talent procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, vet, and shortlist high-performing, brand-aligned creators/influencers for campaigns using tools such as Parfina’s proprietary technology, HypeAuditor, TikTok Creator Marketplace, social platforms, and professional networks.

  • Generate creator shortlists for branded campaigns and client services with the goal of converting creators into paid partnerships.

  • Facilitate onboarding of qualified creators, including platform opt-ins and all necessary steps to support campaign measurement and data tracking.

  • Collaborate with Client Services teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, aligning with client expectations and internal workflows.

  • Utilize Parfina technology and tools to execute campaigns efficiently and maintain alignment with client objectives.

  • Negotiate and prepare agreements, proposals, and creator compensation structures, including managing contract redlines.

  • Present branded opportunities to creators through meetings, presentations, and marketing materials to communicate unique value propositions.

  • Assess Talent using both objective and subjective criteria to determine revenue potential and campaign performance.

  • Maintain a living database of creators/influencers for future campaigns and engagement tracking.

  • Proactively identify content trends and emerging creators/influencers to enhance campaign strategies.

  • Support and empower team members by providing the necessary resources, tools, and guidance to exceed expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Representation, Business Development, or sales.

  • Active participant and consumer of the social media and creator economy.

  • Strong knowledge of social trends and experience analyzing social media metrics.

  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills (full proficiency in English) and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with Hubspot, Kantata, TikTok Creator Marketplace, PandaDoc, or other creator management tools is a plus.
