Parfina is seeking a Director, Growth with deep social and digital expertise, strong business acumen, and a proven record of converting enterprise-scale opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and client leadership, driving growth with some of the world’s largest brands. You will manage our highest-value inbound opportunities, guiding them from first conversation to signed agreement.
Key Responsibilities
Own and Close Enterprise Inbound Opportunities
Serve as executive owner for seven-figure inbound opportunities with Fortune-level and global brands.
Rapidly qualify deals, assess value, and define close plans with clear milestones, stakeholders, and risk management.
Maintain a top-decile win rate on qualified inbound opportunities.
Architect Winning Pursuits and Proposals
Lead engagements with CMOs, Chief Communications Officers, and Heads of Brand.
Develop best-in-class proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial strategies showcasing Parfina’s social, creator, media, creative, and digital expertise.
Build compelling narratives, pricing, and proof points to position Parfina as the obvious choice.
Negotiate and Close Deals
Lead complex negotiations with procurement and legal teams.
Structure agreements balancing client outcomes, value creation, and sustainable growth.
Secure MSAs and multi-year programs when appropriate.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
Establish pursuit “war rooms” across Marketing, Strategy, Creative, Operations, Data, and Product teams.
Translate client needs into actionable programs with measurable results.
Ensure seamless handoffs from pitch to activation with executive oversight through launch.
Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy
Analyze inbound trends to improve deal qualification, resourcing, and conversion efficiency.
Track platform changes, industry shifts, and competitor moves to maintain Parfina’s market leadership.
Advise leadership on service innovation, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
7+ years in growth, partnerships, or commercial leadership at top-tier agencies, consultancies, or digital platforms.
Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar enterprise partnerships.
Expertise in social ecosystems, influencer networks, content performance, and paid/organic amplification.
Ability to translate cultural and platform trends into commercial strategy.
Strong storytelling skills, credibility with C-suite executives, and experience managing multi-stakeholder deals.
Proficiency with modern CRM systems and pursuit tooling.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
