The Product Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining data accuracy, supporting partner operations, and ensuring smooth execution of internal workflows. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality support.

Job Summary

As a Product Support Specialist, you will contribute to operational excellence through accurate data management, high-quality support, and strong collaboration across teams. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining clean, reliable data that supports customer success.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data following established policies and procedures.

• Verify data accuracy by cross-checking information with source documents.

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance data workflows and operational efficiency.

• Maintain organized databases to ensure quick and easy retrieval of important information.

• Stay informed on product updates, new features, and system enhancements.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and other teams to resolve complex customer issues.

• Provide exceptional customer support and uphold high-quality service standards.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, data entry, or a related field—preferably in SaaS or technology environments.

• College degree or higher required.

• Demonstrated experience with hourly work and data entry workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

• Customer-focused attitude with empathy and professionalism.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

• Ability to multitask and manage several priorities simultaneously.

• Experience with operational data and reporting workflows is a strong advantage.

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
