Our next evolution is converting this massive data ecosystem into scalable, AI-driven products that create measurable value for our teams and clients.

We’re looking for a Solution Architect, Data Solutions who blends innovation, engineering, and strategy. This role is ideal for a builder who can transform complex data into intelligence-powered models, frameworks, dashboards, and enterprise-grade solutions. What You’ll Do Here

• Partner with executive, strategy, and client teams to uncover high-impact AI and data opportunities across creator selection, content performance, audience alignment, and trend forecasting.

• Architect and develop intelligent dashboards, analytics models, and data frameworks that turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

• Design and implement scalable data models and analytical systems that support enterprise-level use cases.

• Translate ambiguous business challenges into technical requirements and AI-powered solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

• Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries and data pipelines across Snowflake, BigQuery, and related platforms.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI teams to ensure data quality, infrastructure alignment, and system performance.

• Build internal enablement tools that make insights accessible, helping non-technical teams adopt and scale data-driven solutions.

• Experiment with emerging AI technologies — including LLMs, embeddings, and predictive modeling — to surface deeper intelligence from social and behavioral data.

• Promote a data-driven culture by educating teams on analytics best practices and data literacy.

• Continuously evaluate and adopt new data technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance our intelligence capabilities.
  

You’ll Need to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-focused role.

• Expert-level SQL proficiency, with experience designing complex and performant data transformations.

• Hands-on experience with modern BI platforms such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI (Sigma strongly preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and cloud-based data ecosystems.

• Deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and analytical design principles.

• Product-minded mindset with the ability to design intuitive, scalable solutions for non-technical users.

• Ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments and turn open-ended questions into actionable data products.

• Passion for social, consumer, or behavioral data — experience in marketing, creator economy, or social intelligence is a strong asset.
