Parfina is seeking an analytical and business-savvy AI Engineer to transform data into actionable insights. This role focuses on deploying, managing, and integrating machine learning and LLM-based models to solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about turning data into measurable business outcomes, driving forecasting, classification, and business intelligence to directly impact strategic decisions and ROI.

What You’ll Do

• Deploy & Scale ML Models: Operationalize and scale machine learning models (forecasting, classification, risk scoring) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring robustness and seamless integration into business workflows.

• Build Insight-Driven Pipelines: Architect and manage data pipelines using BigQuery and Snowflake to process, cleanse, and structure datasets for AI model consumption and BI platforms.

• Integrate AI with BI Systems: Develop integration layers between AI outputs (predictions, scores, summaries) and BI tools like Looker and Tableau, enabling self-serve analytics for stakeholders.

• Enable LLM-Powered Analytics: Implement LLM solutions for complex data tasks, including natural language queries, sentiment analysis, and thematic extraction from unstructured data.

• Translate Models into Business Value: Partner with data science and BI teams to ensure model outputs are accurate, interpretable, actionable, and aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Maintain Analytical Infrastructure: Ensure reliability, performance, and governance of AI systems powering business insights.
  

Qualifications & Skills

Core Technical Expertise

• 7+ years designing and developing production-quality software systems.

• 3–5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or LLM engineering.

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, and BigQuery.

• Proficiency in building and deploying AI solutions using LangChain and/or Google AI Language SDK.

• Experience with agentic frameworks, specifically AgentSpace.

• Strong data integration and warehousing skills using Snowflake.
  

Additional Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and the data science ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

• Advanced SQL skills for complex querying and data manipulation.

• Experience integrating with BI and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).

• Understanding of MLOps principles: CI/CD, model monitoring, lifecycle management.

• Strong business acumen with ability to connect data insights to measurable ROI and strategic outcomes.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to manage technical projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
