Parfina is seeking a highly motivated AI Integration Engineer to bridge cutting-edge AI capabilities with core business operations. This role focuses on designing, deploying, and scaling AI solutions, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows. The ideal candidate is a proactive, business-focused engineer who translates complex technical possibilities into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design & Build Integrations:

  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions connecting AI systems (LLMs, agents) with business-critical platforms like Google Workspace, HubSpot, Snowflake, and other enterprise APIs.

• Deploy & Scale AI Solutions:

  • Own the full lifecycle of AI application deployment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

• Develop Data Pipelines:

  • Implement and manage BigQuery and Snowflake data pipelines to support AI agent augmentation, evaluation, and operational analytics.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

  • Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and developers to define integration requirements and deliver end-to-end AI-powered features.

• Troubleshoot & Optimize:

  • Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of AI infrastructure.

• Maintain Technical Excellence:

  • Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, API specifications, deployment guides, and documentation while staying updated on AI and cloud advancements.
    

Qualifications & Skills

Core Technical Expertise

• 7+ years designing and developing production-quality software systems.

• 3–5 years of experience in AI engineering or LLM deployment.

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI and BigQuery.

• Proficiency in building AI solutions using LangChain and/or the Google AI Language SDK.

• Experience with agentic frameworks, specifically AgentSpace.

• Strong data integration and warehousing skills using Snowflake.
  

Additional Technical Skills

• Proficiency in backend languages, preferably Python or Node.js.

• Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs.

• Understanding of MLOps principles: CI/CD, monitoring, and lifecycle management for AI systems.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n.io.
  

Business & Operational Skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills, translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
