Parfina is expanding rapidly, and we're building a world-class financial engine to support long-term growth. This Senior Financial Analyst role is ideal for candidates searching for remote finance jobs, work from home accounting jobs, financial analyst jobs near me, or remote FP&A roles with a fast-scaling digital brand. You’ll operate as a strategic advisor, transforming data into decisions and helping leadership see around corners. You’ll also be at the forefront of AI-powered finance, using tools like Gemini Pro, ChatGPT, and advanced automation to build the next-generation FP&A function.

What You’ll Do

• Build the Financial Core: Own and develop integrated financial models covering Revenue, OPEX, cash flow, full financial statements, and operating scorecards.

• Tell the Financial Story: Turn variance analysis into clear, compelling insights that help leadership and the board drive strategic and operational decisions.

• Act as a Strategic Co-Pilot: Partner with department leaders to deliver financial analysis that guides initiatives, improves performance, and accelerates growth.

• Champion Innovation: Lead financial modeling for new business cases, ROI analysis, and strategic investments.

• Pioneer AI in Finance: Use AI tools and modern data systems to automate workflows, improve forecasting accuracy, and unlock deeper, more predictive insights.

• Drive Performance: Own commission calculations and payout processes, ensuring accuracy and strong alignment with business goals.

• Master Data & Systems: Serve as the primary FP&A contact for system integrations, troubleshooting, and ensuring high-quality data flows into planning models.

• Ensure Financial Integrity: Collaborate with corporate accounting to align analysis and reporting with GAAP and management expectations.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance (high-growth environment preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

• Mastery in building driver-based, scalable, and easy-to-interpret financial models.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a curiosity-driven approach.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

• Exceptional storytelling skills—capable of simplifying complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.

• Ability to excel in fast-paced environments, manage competing priorities, and operate confidently in ambiguity.

• Progress toward CPA, CFA, or MBA is an asset.

• Experience with SQL, BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI), and AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Agent Space, etc.)

• Passion for or experience with AI/ML applications in finance.
