Parfina is seeking a Sr. Project Manager (PMO) to drive operational rigor across our agency workflows. This role focuses on backlog management, resource optimization, and SLA adherence, ensuring smooth execution and operational excellence across all departments and client services teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and has extensive experience in project management and operational leadership.

What You’ll Do

Operational Management

• Monitor backlogs and resource allocation across teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• Lead agency operational cadences, including Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

• Align PMO workflows with Marketing Agency Rhythm of Business (RoB) standards.

• Optimize internal workflows to meet SLA compliance and reporting standards.

• Track and report on SLA adherence, project velocity, and backlog completion.

• Implement tools and workflows to flag operational risks, including under-utilization or missed deadlines.

• Conduct post-mortems on major projects to identify process improvements and resource optimization opportunities.

• Develop and maintain process playbooks and SOPs for standardized team workflows.

• Translate client requirements and deal structures into actionable operational plans for internal teams.

• Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and dependencies.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate internal resources and gather necessary materials for project initiatives.

• Work with Strategy, Business Development, and Client Services teams to align objectives and ensure effective project delivery.

• Partner with Finance Analysts and VP, International Operations for operational data reporting.

• Establish weekly operational check-ins with COEs and Finance to monitor KPIs.

• Support and mentor account managers, supervisors, and strategy teams to foster professional growth and independence.
  

Data & Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards to track team capacity, SLA compliance, and key operational metrics.

• Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Support the evolution of internal processes, continuously improving cross-functional collaboration and efficiency.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.

• Strong expertise in backlog reporting, operational cadences, and SLA management.

• Proven experience managing cross-departmental workflows and resourcing.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
