Parfina is seeking a VP of Brand Partnerships to lead enterprise-scale deals and build long-term relationships with some of the world’s most ambitious brands. This role combines business development, strategic consulting, and marketing innovation, giving you the autonomy to shape your territory while collaborating with high-performing cross-functional teams in Strategy, Creative, and Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise Sales Cycles

    • Own and manage complex deals from discovery to close across Marketing, Brand, and Procurement stakeholders.

    • Serve as a trusted advisor, translating client goals into tailored influencer, paid media, and social-led solutions.

  • Drive New Business Acquisition

    • Manage qualified inbound leads while proactively generating pipeline through outbound campaigns, industry events, and targeted outreach.

    • Design and execute account-based sales strategies, including stakeholder mapping and multi-threaded engagement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Strategy, Creative, and Delivery teams to build integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable results.

    • Contribute insights to Parfina’s go-to-market strategy, refining targeting, messaging, and sales approach.

  • CRM Management & Reporting

    • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene (HubSpot preferred) for accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and real-time deal tracking.

  • Industry Leadership

    • Represent Parfina at conferences and events, positioning the company as a leader in influencer marketing, paid media, and social engagement.

    • Mentor team members and contribute to sales enablement initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Client Growth Partner

    • Expand client relationships beyond initial wins into long-term, programmatic engagements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or marketing services.

  • Proven record of closing complex, high-value deals with senior stakeholders across Fortune 1000 brands.

  • Experience selling in verticals such as CPG, Retail, eCommerce, or Entertainment.

  • Skilled in account-based selling, outbound pipeline generation, and stakeholder mapping.

  • Strong communicator with exceptional presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.

  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and disciplined in pipeline and forecast management.
